Property Transfers
Initiation Fee
Buyers pay a $1,000 initiation fee at closing.
Annual Dues
Each homeowner pays annual dues of $1,500 per calendar year. These are typically due at the end of February. Late payments are subject to a 15% late fee plus 15% APR on unpaid balances. The HOA does not pro-rate annual dues for new homeowners but buyers and sellers may work out their own agreements at closing.
